He’s been part of the acting industry since the 1980s, and soon found popularity in the music industry as well. All of his efforts have helped put his net worth to where it is today.

In 2012, Vives released numerous songs including “Volvi a Nacer” which would reach the top spot on the charts. He also became part of the reality series “The Voice of Colombia” which aired in the same year. One of his latest projects is the song called” La Bicicleta” which featured another famous artist, Shakira, and debuted at the top of the Billboard’s US Latin Airplay chart.

For his personal life, it is known that Carlos was married to actress Margarita Rosa de Francisco but their marriage eventually ended. His next wife would be Herlinda Gomez and they had two children. He is now married to former Miss Colombia Claudia Elena Vasquez, and they have two children as well.
